The onboarding process is a breeze. Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid, you’ll be invited to our (maybe a little extra) organized project management space. We’ll request a couple of materials from you, such as your Brand Messaging Guide (if you have one), access to your website analytics, and your website login. Just like that, you’re all set!
Step 2 – We Get to Work
We’ll roll up our sleeves and start doing keyword research, creating your SEO strategy, and writing your content. Once everything is ready, we’ll send your content for you to review and quickly implement any revisions. Sounds much easier than following a confusing SEO tutorial, right?!
Step 3: You Start Seeing the Results
Now, onto our favorite part! With consistent SEO efforts, you can expect to start seeing results (AKA, more organic traffic) after approximately 3 months. That said, many of our clients start seeing an uptick in traffic earlier than that.

A: Our payment structure is quite simple. We set up a monthly retainer based on how many blog posts you need per month. We charge $350 per blog post. For example, if you need 4 blog posts per month, your monthly retainer would be $1,400. We require the full retainer to be paid by the 1st of every month.
